This policy explains what the 1000 Rep Club app collects, why, and what control you have over it.
The short version. Your progress photos never leave your phone. Your account, workouts and nutrition data are stored so you can log in from anywhere and keep your history. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Email and password - To create your account and log you in. Passwords are encrypted and we cannot read them. Stored in our database (Supabase).
Name, age, sex, height, weight, goal weight - To calculate your training and nutrition plan. Stored on your device and in our database if logged in.
Workouts - Exercises, weights, reps, dates. To show history and adjust future sessions. Stored on your device and in our database if logged in.
Meals and nutrition logs - To track intake against your targets. Stored on your device.
Progress photos - To let you see physical change over time. Stored on your device only. Not uploaded unless you choose to share with a coach.
Rep totals - For the monthly challenge leaderboard. Stored in our database.
Photos are saved to your phone storage. They are not uploaded to our servers. Nobody at 1000 Rep Club can see them. Deleting a photo in the app removes the file from your device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
If you work with a coach: You will be asked separately whether you want to share photos. Two permissions, both off by default. Coaching review lets your coach view photos to assess progress. Public use lets your coach use photos publicly such as on social media. You choose whether your face and name are shown. You can withdraw either permission any time in the app.
If you join the monthly challenge, your display name and rep total are visible to others. Pick a display name that is not your real name if you prefer not to be identifiable.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers: Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. Apple and Google process downloads and payments. We never see your card details. Your coach only sees what you agree to share. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not show advertising in the app. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use your photos for marketing.
Account and training data is kept while your account is open. Delete your account and it is removed within 30 days, apart from anything we are legally required to retain. On-device data including photos is removed when you delete it or uninstall.
See your data - Most is visible in the app. Email us for the rest.
Correct it - Edit your profile any time.
Delete it - Email julianm@1000repclub.com and we will delete your account and data.
Withdraw photo consent - In the app, any time.
Turn off camera access - In your phone settings. The rest of the app keeps working.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA. We apply these choices to everyone regardless of location.
1000 Rep Club is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the progress photo feature. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to our database is restricted so you can only reach your own records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app.
