This page explains how to delete your 1000 Rep Club account and the data associated with it. We make it simple to remove your information whenever you choose.
How to Request Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data in either of these ways:
- Inside the app. Open your profile, then choose the account or settings option and select delete account, where available.
- By email. Send an email to julianm@1000repclub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm and complete your request.
What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account and login (email address)
- Your profile, display name, and bodyweight
- Your logged workouts, reps, and progress
- Your division ranking and challenge history
- Coach and client links, and any programs or notes tied to your account
What May Be Kept
We may retain a limited set of records that we are required to keep by law, such as basic transaction records for completed purchases, for the period required by applicable law and tax rules. These records are not used for any other purpose. If you would also like a copy of some data deleted without closing your whole account, mention that in your email and we will handle it.
Timeframe
We process account deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, your personal data is removed from our active systems and cannot be recovered.
