About Julian

I spent my career learning what actually works, and what's just noise. Every product on this page is something I've personally used in training, in recovery, or in everyday life. I only put my name on what holds up.

What works for a 16-year-old high school athlete isn't what works for a college athlete grinding through two-a-days, and it's definitely not what works for a parent trying to keep up with their kids after a full day at work. So instead of throwing everything at you at once, I broke this page down by who you actually are and what stage you're at. You'll find it grouped that way up above, goal by goal, age by age, so you're not stuck guessing which one's actually for you.

But fueling right is only half of it. Honestly, one of the things that kept me going through my whole career wasn't just training hard, it was competing, having someone next to me pushing, and me pushing right back. That back-and-forth is what made the grind fun instead of just work. I wanted to bring that same feeling to people who aren't fighters, who aren't chasing a belt, who are just trying to show up for themselves. That's where the 1000 Rep Club came from. Doesn't matter if you're just starting out or you've been at this for years, there's a division for you, you compete against people at your own level, post your progress, tag your lifts, and see other people grinding right alongside you. No judgment, no gatekeeping. I've met some of my best training partners just from pushing each other in a group chat, and I want this to do the same for you.

So here's how I'd use this page: join the Club, get your reps logged and your name on the board. Then find your group in the guide up above, so you're actually fueled for the work you're putting in. Two tools, same goal, showing up for yourself and not doing it alone.
